Verified Purchase. This book is a must for anyone who is serious about their design work. The following pages were missing: 18, 19, 22, 23, 26, 27, 30, and Wrong pages were in place of them. Honestly this book has been sitting on my shelf for about 4 months because I was working on a huge project. Finally found some down time to read it and oh my god.. It really makes me understand why I do what I do and it helps me put it into words. I found this book extremely helpful and I plan to always keep it by my side while in the planning phase of projects.
