COLDPLAY MYLO XYLOTO COMIC PDF

Coldplay announced on Tuesday the digital release of its "Mylo Xyloto" comic book series, based on the album of the same name. Written by filmmaker Mark Osborne Kung Fu Panda, The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie with help from the British band, the six-part saga depicts an Orwellian society ruled by a supremacist government that controls the population via fear tactics and over-stimulation through media and propaganda. Issues are now available exclusively via Apple's iBookstore, with the rest of the series to be released monthly until July. Issue 1 is currently available for free as the iBookstore's Book of the Week.

Mylo Xyloto Comics is a unique storytelling collaboration between Mark Osborne and the band Coldplay. The six-part comic book saga was created to explore and establish the story and universe that went on to inspire the band's 5th studio album of the same name.

Artwork for the comics was created by Alex Fuentes, with color by award winning colorist Steve Hamaker. Additional cover art and inspiration art by Vladimir Shelest. Currently, hard copies of the comics can be found on eBay and Amazon through re-sellers , with digital versions of the comics available for purchase through iTunes stores worldwide. Coldplay's 'Mylo Xyloto' Comic Book Series Goes Digital

Mylo Xyloto is a comic book series created by the music group Coldplay and filmmaker Mark Osborne. It ties into and tells the story of the Coldplay album Mylo Xyloto. On 10 July the Coldplay website announced a six-part Mylo Xyloto comic, with the first issue to be released at that week's Comic-Con. Together with Osborne, Dylan Haggerty also writes the comic starting in the second issue with art by Alejandro Fuentes. In the world of Silencia, a species known as the Irdoks rule over the Silencians in a dystopian police state. To make up for the lack of colour and sound in their world, the Silencians use a tool known as the Hypnofeed, which constantly feeds them with visual and ostensibly audio stimulation.
